Orders are dispatched and delivered in accordance to the shipping speed selected unless unforeseen delays occur. By default, orders will be processed within 7 days. Delivery is to the ground floor, however in most cases the driver is happy to delivery to a higher floor, provided that the building has a lift and the lift fits the product(s).
We allow return only if the item is damaged or faulty in delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
