Shipping policy
Orders are dispatched and delivered in accordance to the shipping speed selected unless unforeseen delays occur. By default, orders will be processed within 7 days. Multiple product purchases and larger fit outs are a little trickier to co-ordinate and can take a few days longer (Please look at individual product delivery times).
Delivery time frames are based on the product with the longest delivery time frame.
Delivery is to the ground floor, however in most cases the driver is happy to delivery to a higher floor, provided that the building has a lift and the lift fits the product(s).
Return Policy
We allow return only if the item is damaged or faulty in delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@easymart.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How quickly will my order be processed?
Expected order processing time ranges from 5-7 Business Days after receipt of payment depending on the items and size of the order.
Can My Item Be Delivered To a PO Box?
We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as all items are sent via our Australia-wide courier system. Please ensure that you provide a residential or business address during the check out stage of your online order.
How Do I Track The Progress Of My Delivery?
By close of business on the day your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our customer service subdivision with full tracking details and information so that you can monitor your order online and in real time.
